ADVANTAGE #9: LOW SELLERS COMMISSION
Mike Vermace works on a 4.5% total sellers commission. When you list your home with us you will never be charged more than 4.5% whether Vermace Realty sells your home or another broker/agent sells your home and we never charge a closing transaction fee.
Immediately upon listing with us, we will place your home in the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty area Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which exposes your home to all buyers working with cooperating member broker/agents. This effectively puts every agent in the area to work helping to get your home sold.
Placing your home on the area MLS is just the beginning of our marketing program. Our “Maximum Exposure” marketing program is above and beyond the norm. And we commit to our marketing plan in writing! With our “success proven plan”, you receive complete professional “full service” marketing of your home and benefit from our LOW commission rate.
